Southern Ocean Lodge with a design architecture that has close ties with the dramatic site. Design takes advantage of the view around to serve as a good view from the Hotel. Main Lodge is on the high cliffs forty meters, with walls of windows that can capture the view to the vast Southern Ocean and native bush. Two hundred meters long wall Kangaroo Island Limestone weaving from the closed entrance is a strong sculptural element, through most of the untouched bush and into the Main Lodge. Has a textured background detailed guest smooth areas with recesses to accommodate a table, chairs and reception. Twenty-one guest suites cascade down the slopes of the Main Lodge, with access from the road corridor. Roof following the slope of the ground, but with a gentle upward curve like a wave of every four suites.

Arrangement of space, transparency materials, the contamination is a feature designed. The purpose of the architect is to create a symbol tridimensional able to integrate contemporary art and culture with the content and the surrounding Arezzo Tuscany. This M-Hotel is innovative concept for a temporary apart-hotel called m-hotel is due to be realized in London this summer. A temporary prefab hotel put together with modules which can be taken down and put up elsewhere is planned for a car park in London’s East End. m-hotel is a new concept in apart- and conventional hotels. It is luxurious, beautifully appointed – and temporary. One of the m-hotels has been designed in an eye catching, striped design because it will be full of city businesspeople. Architect Tim Pyne wants open Britain’s first ‘upmarket prefab’ hotel at Sclater Street in Bethnal Green by the end of the year, if Tower Hamlets council gives it the go-ahead.
