Cyclist Lance Armstrong's 447-acre Tuscan ranch

Cyclist Lance Armstrong’s 447-acre Tuscan ranch is on the market for $10.5 million.

Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has taken on a new challenge: selling his expansive ranch outside Austin, Texas. The resort-like ranch comes with a whopping 447 acres, including part ownership in Dead Man’s Hole, a pool of clear, clean water than can be accessed and used only by the 17 deedholders. According to The RealEstalker, Dead Man’s Hole was one of the main reasons Armstrong purchased the property: he was drawn to the swimming hole and loved jumping off the 45-foot waterfall. The home also comes with seven miles of hiking and biking trails — more than enough to practice up for the next big bike race.

Inside the five-bed, five-bath hilltop home, you’ll find high ceilings, a chef-quality kitchen, lots of open space perfect for entertaining and stunning views of Texas hill country from every room. In the backyard, there’s a negative-edge pool, fire pit, outdoor living/dining area and a guest house/recreation building.
