Mel Gibson can direct and star in blockbuster movies and get DUIs expunged from his record, but there’s one thing he can’t do: sell this house. On the market since 2007, the house has had its asking price dropped several times: it started at $39 million, then dropped to $35 million. With his divorce from longtime wife Robyn and a girlfriend pregnant with his eight child, he sliced the price again in June to $29.75 million.
