Pop star Ryan Cabrera, best known for the single “Beautiful Soul” and his porcupine-esque hair, has been trying to sell this home since August of 2008. Desperate to sell, he’s now offering his property as a short sale with an asking price of $1.1 million. Cabrera first popped up in the celebrity realm when he dated singer Ashlee Simpson during the filming of her MTV reality show, aptly titled The Ashlee Simpson Show.
