A strong characteristic that names the house in accordance with the shape and design in this house. The black house is located 30km away from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Area location is supported, because it has many great views around site. Andres Remy Arquitectos the Architects, utilizing the best view for an improvement on the home design of this. The best orientation was at the front and the best views to the lake were at the back of the lot. The surrounding houses and the wide lot marked the visuals should used. Livingroom closer to the lake. The shallow pool make home interior divides in two allows the indirect light to bathe the interiors, as the northern sun reflects it’s light on the water surface. This way, light is present in every corner of the house, but never in a direct way.

The house renovation is located on west 26th Ave in Vancouver. At first only a very ordinary house, and not attractive, perhaps because it was cheap. The buyers has transformed this house into an attractive modern homes. The house was renovated by the owners with the renovation design concentration of detail in every corner.
